Lesoll may collect payment data that the User enters when subscribing to paid services. This may contain the user's payment instrument number (for example: credit card, debit card), name, billing address and security code for his payment instrument (for example: card verification code), and we may collect payment information and data, transaction history and and billing information.

Paid services

  1. Customers are prohibited from posting fake or unavailable ads, using incorrect prices, or failing to provide images. If the customer violates these terms, management has the right to delete the ad without compensation.
  2. Lesoll website management has the right to change the terms of advertising on the site at any time without notice, and these conditions become effective and binding on all customers directly, and the customer acknowledges his commitment to the current and future advertising conditions.
  3. The customer is obligated not to publish content that violates morals or the law, and he is legally responsible for any content published on the site. In the event that the customer violates laws or property rights, the site administration has the right to delete the violating content without compensating the customer.
  4. In the event of errors in publishing or deleting parts of the customer's advertisement, the amount of damage will be estimated at an estimated value equivalent to the total value of the advertisement, and Lesoll management will not be liable for any further damages resulting from this.
  5. The site administration is not responsible for any errors made by the customer while using paid services, including, but not limited to, canceling the package before its expiration date, deleting a sponsored advertisement, or otherwise. The value of the package or advertisement cannot be refunded after using it.
  6. Lesoll website services may be interrupted for specific periods due to maintenance or technical errors. In this case, the customer is not entitled to claim compensation unless the interruption continues for more than 7 consecutive days in one month, where the client will be compensated for a period equal to the period of interruption.
  7. The client is prohibited from publishing fake or unavailable real estate advertisements, using incorrect prices, or not providing images. In the event that the client violates these conditions, the administration has the right to delete the advertisement without compensation.
  8. Once the advertised property is sold, the customer must delete the advertisement within 3 days from the date of sale, without the right to claim compensation.
  9. The customer is prohibited from sharing his package with any other person, and if this happens, the site administration has the right to close the customer’s account and deduct 20% of the account value as a fine.
  10. It is prohibited to sell the package to any other individual or entity, and if this is proven, the site administration has the right to cancel the package and close the customer’s account.
  11. The company has the right to refuse to deal with a specific customer, and in the event that a customer’s account is closed due to the company’s desire to stop dealing with him without justification, the value of the remainder of the package will be refunded.

Security of your information and data

Lesoll acknowledges and undertakes to maintain the security of your used data and information and prevent access to them for other than the authorized purpose. It also pledges to take all necessary precautions and measures to protect that information and data and not disclose, alter, destroy, or use them in any illegal way. In all cases, Lesoll undertakes to make every effort and care to protect and secure your information and data at all times.
